Let's start at the very beginning -- a very good place to start - from Do Re Mi

So where do we begin?  Borrowing a line from Julie Andrews in the Sound of Music, "Let's start at the very beginning; a very good place to start".

Let's all be honest --- we all secretly judge each other and we all have a critical eye ... when it comes to FASHION.  After seeing many individuals that need to be "fashion rehabbed", I've decided to put the word out there and maybe, just maybe help point a few people in the right direction ... or in the very least give a good laugh to some of my closest friends.

This blog is dedicated to those who are in desperate need of being fashion rehabbed.

Comments, dissenting arguments and topic suggestions are gladly welcomed.

Being land locked in CoMo, we only get to see small glimpses of fashion ... there's that cute skirt or those killer shoes the girl at work is wearing, those skinny jeans that guy is wearing, or the very few boutique shops in town.  Outside of that we only have the internet, print media and TV.  I hope that the few points discussed here each day, will help shed some light on the fashion clueless.

Having just returned from Las Vegas, I experienced some of the best fashion designers money can buy and unfortunately saw more jhorts than I do here in the Midwest.

I'm looking for 'special correspondents' to provide some guest blogging.  To 'apply', please email me your fashion qualifications, a sample topic and a synopsis, as well as picking your favorite designer / line from the following list.

Vera Wang
Tom Ford
Catherine Malandrino
Manolo Blahnik
Carolina Herrera
Oliver Peoples
L.A.M.B.
Dsquared
Oscar de la Renta
